By accessing, purchasing, or using Traintel products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Access & Use
After purchase, you receive access to Traintel’s online course and platform. Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, resold, or redistributed.

2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Payments
By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any recurring payments if applicable.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or loss of access.

4. Refund Policy
Self-Paced Programs
Refunds are available within 72 hours of purchase and only if less than 10% of the program content has been completed, as recorded in the learning management system (LMS) through module completion, lesson completion, and video engagement tracking.

After this period or completion threshold, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Certification Packages
Certification packages offered a la carte are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided access has not been used and the first exam attempt has not been completed.

After this period or upon access or exam attempt, all purchases are non-refundable.

Live Cohort Programs
Live cohort programs are eligible for a refund within 72 hours after the official start of the live cohort.

Enrollment in a live cohort requires a non-refundable $99 deposit to reserve a seat in the program. If a refund is approved within the eligible refund window, the $99 deposit will not be refunded.

After the applicable refund period, all payments are non-refundable.

Cohort Transfer Policy
Transfer requests to a future live cohort may be approved based on availability either before or within the first two (2) weeks of the program.

Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval by the program team. Transfers do not extend refund eligibility or reset any refund window.

Payment Structure
For live cohort programs, enrollment is secured with a non-refundable $99 deposit at the time of registration, which is applied toward the total tuition balance.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the live cohort. Learners will not receive access to live sessions, course materials, recordings, certification resources, or cohort communities until full payment has been received.

General Terms
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the applicable refund window.

Refund eligibility is determined solely based on timestamps and activity records within the LMS and payment system.

This policy applies uniformly to all participants unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results. Your success depends on your effort, experience, and application of the material.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, and resources are owned by Traintel and protected by law. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability. We are not liable for downtime or technical interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traintel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or content.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Agreement
By checking this box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
