I agree and acknowledge that live cohort programs are eligible for a refund within 72 hours after the start of the live cohort; however, the $99 deposit is non-refundable and reserves your seat in the cohort, with the remaining balance due before the cohort begins. After the applicable refund period, all purchases are non-refundable. Transfer requests to a future live cohort may be approved based on availability either before or within the first two (2) weeks of the program.
Self-paced programs are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of purchase and only if less than 10% of the program has been completed, after which all purchases are non-refundable.
Certification packages offered a la carte are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided access has not been used and the first exam attempt has not been completed, after which all purchases are non-refundable.
